Onward provides counseling (talk therapy) for adolescents, adults, and families to help with understanding and overcoming emotional, behavioral, social, and other challenging situations that life may bring us. We are skilled at helping with issues related to problematic anger, anxiety, depression, and stress. Our counselors are experienced and confident in their ability to help you or someone you know to start feeling better.

Ronald Bristow, LCPC
Works with: Adults 18+
I began practice in 2010 and since that time have had the opportunity to spend time with people from all walks of life. From practicing counseling in a penitentiary to the community, and a number of stops in between, I have had the chance see people through seemingly epic ups and downs on the path of getting back to feeling like themselves again.
I am very aware of how challenging counseling can be and try to make it as easy as possible for everyone. I view our time together just like two people hanging out trying to solve a puzzle. I am upbeat, easy going, frequently use humor (or try), and believe that together we can make progress no matter what challenges we may be facing.
INSURANCE
We are in-network providers for the following insurers: BlueCross Blueshield, Optum/United Healthcare/United Behavioral Health.
We currently do not accept Medicaid or Medicare insurance plans.
